How do I book you?
Confirm date by signing the contract and paying a 30% booking advance. The date is confirmed only after we receive both.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining 70% is due before the first event day starts (on or before the day the shoot begins).
What is your refund policy?
Booking advances are non-refundable. This is because we immediately pay and confirm freelancers, editors, and vendors from that amount. However, the booking amount can be adjusted to a future date if you reschedule.
What if we need to change the package or add/remove days?
We’ll create a revised quote. If the change affects freelancers or bookings already made, additional charges may apply.
Can we ask for re-editing or color changes?
Yes, we offer one round of re-editing for reasonable requests. Major reworks may incur additional charges.
How many photographers/videographers will come?
The number depends on the package and event size, packages specify single shooter, two shooters, or a full team for multi-day events. we include at least one assistant or second shooter for better coverage.
Do you fly drones?
Yes, we offer drone coverage where permitted. Drone flights require venue permission and sometimes prior permits, any fees
or permissions are client’s responsibility.
Will you share images on your social media/portfolio?
We may share selected images for marketing unless you request privacy. For full privacy (no sharing), we offer a custom privacy clause.
What if we don’t like the photos?
We encourage review of our style beforehand. Refunds are not issued for “disliking” images, instead we offer re-editing.
Do you work with a make-up artist or vendors?
We can recommend trusted vendors; vendor coordination can be included as part of premium packages.
